Job Description

• Immerse yourself in frontline business scenarios, learning and mastering operational models, processes, and standards across retail business modules such as products, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Contribute to regional business operation optimization by managing on‑site activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and analyzing data to support business objectives.
• Work on retail‑related projects across product, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and delivery sectors, improving business operation efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain business performance metrics, cost and safety measures; develop index systems, devise strategies, and optimize processes for efficiency and standardization.
• Participate in risk‑control system creation and optimization for partner merchant lifecycles, support data analysis on merchant performance, and prepare regular business analysis reports to inform risk management strategies.
