Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and trade shows.

Manage and update CRM tools, databases, and sales records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and customer service.

Engage with clients and customers via email, phone, and social media channels.

Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and market penetration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (internships count).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
