UX / UI Mobile App Specialist Designer

Overview

We are seeking a UX / UI Mobile App Specialist Designer to shape the user experience for a growing sports app community. In this remote role, you will create intuitive, engaging, and scalable mobile experiences that bring fans closer to the sports and communities they love. This position demands both creative vision and disciplined execution, ensuring every user journey feels effortless and engaging.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy – Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, app maps, and sitemaps.
• Design Execution – Create low-fidelity prototypes and evolve them into polished, high-fidelity designs.
• Design Systems – Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
• Platform Standards – Ensure all designs follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design standards.
• Collaboration – Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align vision with implementation.
• Accessibility & Testing – Apply accessibility best practices, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and analytics.

Work Setup

This is a fully remote position , requiring proactive communication, time management, and accountability. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team while maintaining the flexibility to work from anywhere.
