Job descriptionOversee delivery collection and local logistics operations Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statuses Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records Ensure proper filing and control of procurement-related documents Manage company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and documentation Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office facilities Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock control Ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment Handle petty cash and manage cash flows for team business trips Assist in general administrative activities as required Research and secure best airline ticket options for business travel Issue travel tickets and support travel logistics for the business unit Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the electromechanical or technical services industry Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes and best practices. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Coordinate and execute procurement and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services, supporting the company's operational and project requirements.
