Overview

Technical Service Engineer - Refining & Processing role in Thuwal, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position provides technical support and develops solutions for existing customers as part of the Global Technical Service and Development team within the Industrial Solutions market-facing business unit. Responsibilities

Build strong technical relationships with customers and understand their operational needs. Support product implementation through troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and on-site technical assistance. Conduct plant reviews and field audits, analyze process data, and interpret lab reports. Perform on-site analytical tests and coordinate sample shipments to central labs. Collaborate with Sales and R&D to promote new products and translate customer needs into development projects. Deliver product training, develop applications to enhance product value, and respond to technical inquiries. Qualifications

Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering. Your Skills

Strong personal skills, including time management, written and oral communication, self-direction, and prioritization. Collaboration and teamwork. Fluency in English and Russian; Arabic is a plus. Previous customer interaction experience, including relationship development, technical support, and product development. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaboration.
