Job Summary :

As a Pest Control Manager at Five Moons Co., you will lead our team in delivering exceptional pest management solutions across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee, plan, and schedule pest control operations to ensure optimal service delivery across all projects.
• Lead, train, and supervise supervisors and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our team.
• Develop and implement pest management programs that comply with Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records for chemical usage, treatments, service reports, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pest control clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks to uphold quality assurance and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, procure necessary materials, and control operational costs while minimizing waste.
