Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and new products to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
