JOB OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE To ensure the proactive implementation of the company’s QHSE policies and practices across all operations and maintenance projects, safeguarding health, safety, and environmental standards. The role is responsible for risk management, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture.
ACCOUNTABILITY / TASKS
Ensure that all company QHSE policies and NLAR practices are proactively implemented.
Manage overall safety & environment matters related issues within company premises.
Maintain risk management in O&M projects.
Act as responsible for health, safety, environment in company, avoid workforce accidents.
Report and support QHSE Manager with day‑to‑day site activities.
Manage multiple projects and subcontractor teams in all HSE aspects.
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop controls.
Perform daily safety checks, report hazards, unwind risks.
Maintain and measure training results for staff environment and health & safety.
Track calibration certificates and high‑risk equipment permits.
Provide injury / illness reports accurately, manage database and trend analysis.
Ensure compliance with environment and safety regulations and internal / external customer requirements.
Control documents, coordinate with other departments for review, revision, renewal of procedures.
Support operational processes to maintain continuous safety culture and performance.
Prepare QHSE documentation for clients / projects.
Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties.
Follow up preventive and corrective actions identified during inspections.
Carry out MSVs, Joint Safety Tours, Life Saving checks, enforce work stop if required.
Review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non‑routine activities.
Record QHSE KPIs monthly and issue reports; suggest improvements.
Support other QHSE staff and contract managers as needed.
Participate in HSE incident investigations and prepare reports.
Facilitate Managerial Safety Visits (MSVs), coordinate site readiness.
Perform any other reasonable work at request of manager.
Deliver QHSE induction and various QHSE trainings to internal and external teams.
Ensure compliance with working tool & equipment requirements at site.
Ensure governance of life‑saving rules at site by all operatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional experience : 3–15 years, Skilled.
Education level : Technical College Diploma.
Legal entity : ENGIE Energy Services Saudi Limited.
Business unit : LEI RoW.
Division : LEI RoW AMEA - KSA.
