Role Overview :

As the Finance Director at Omniful, you will lead the entire finance and accounting function across multiple entities including our holding company (Cayman Islands) and various operating companies in KSA, India, UAE, and additional geographies. You will design and implement robust financial controls, lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance to the executive team on growth and risk management. Your expertise in multinational finance operations will be essential to Omniful’s success as we continue to expand globally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy & Leadership :

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with Omniful’s overall business objectives and growth plans.

Lead all accounting activities, including month‑end and year‑end closes, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.

Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across multiple legal entities in KSA, India, UAE, and other regions.

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to set realistic, data‑driven targets.

Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including AP / AR, payroll, treasury, and bank relationships.

Maintain the corporate governance framework for the group, ensuring board‑level compliance and timely shareholder reporting.

Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team, empowering them with the tools and training to deliver operational excellence.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in financial management, compliance, and performance measurement.

Collaborate cross‑functionally, especially with Operations, Product, and Sales, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure financial alignment.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7+ years in finance or accounting leadership roles, with a proven track record overseeing multinational entities and complex financial structures.

Education & Certification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) strongly preferred.

Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, consolidation practices, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple regions.

Strategic Acumen : Demonstrated ability to align financial strategies with overarching corporate goals, and to communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

Systems Knowledge : Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel for analysis and modeling.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at explaining complex financial concepts to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Analytical Rigor : Skilled in leveraging data and financial models to inform strategic decisions and identify improvements.

Leadership & Team Management : Ability to guide and inspire teams across different geographies, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Results‑Driven : Willingness to set ambitious goals and drive execution, balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on problem‑solving.

Integrity & Compliance : Upholds the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and diligence in all finance practices.
