is a professional responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an organization's

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

programs. Their primary goal is to create a safe work environment, protect the well-being of employees, and ensure the company complies with all environmental and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures. Lead the HSE department and manage a team of safety professionals. Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations. Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits. Investigate accidents / incidents and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees. Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics. Manage emergency response planning and drills. Oversee environmental protection and waste management programs. Implement risk assessment and hazard control measures. Review contractor HSE plans and monitor compliance. Develop and maintain safety certification programs (ISO 45001 / 14001). Lead safety committee meetings and initiatives. Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring programs. Prepare and manage the HSE department budget. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors. Implement behavioral safety programs. Develop sustainability initiatives and reporting. Stay updated on emerging HSE trends and best practices. Manage the First Aid Clinic with internal and external resources. We are looking for a candidate with the following :

Bachelor's in engineering / safety management. At least 5 years’ of experience in industrial HSE Management. Experience in Manufacturing companies. Professional communication skills by Arabic & English languages.
