Job descriptionMonitor system usage and performance to identify current and future capacity needs. Forecast resource requirements based on business growth and usage trends. Work with teams to plan infrastructure scaling and avoid performance bottlenecks. Provide regular reports and insights on capacity status, risks, and recommendations. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and / or cloud environments). Working knowledge of capacity planning and performance monitoring. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools is a plus. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Ensure infrastructure solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

- Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.
