Key Accountabilities : 1. Sales : Acquire export business from existing and new customers, delivering agreed targets in designated countries to maximize top and bottom line results. Support the export team in building volume / value growth plans for existing markets and expansion plans for new markets. Help the export team build monthly forecasts by country as part of SADAFCO’s rolling forecast. Identify opportunities for new export markets by attending relevant trade shows in the region to increase awareness of SADAFCO’s products. 2. Cross-functional partnership : Work with Supply Chain to ensure operational steps, including shipping and export documentation, are coordinated to facilitate timely deliveries to customers in export countries. Build proper checks in the system to ensure product is destined for the intended purpose and does not infiltrate existing markets. Collaborate with manufacturing sites to ensure customer orders are produced as per requirements and ready for shipment. Ensure regular quality assurance and control feedback to prevent returns due to quality issues. 3. Finance and Reporting : Work with Finance to ensure appropriate budgeting, monitoring, and reporting for all export business, following SADAFCO’s financial policies. Job Requirements : Educational level : Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimal 7 years of relevant Export sales experience, preferably in the GCC and West African region. Seasoned Sales & Business Development professional with experience in a branded FMCG company. Languages : English, Arabic, and French are advantageous. Good strategic sense, analytical skills, and effective negotiation skills.
