Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate will have solid experience across key accounting functions including Financial Preparation , Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, AP Analysis, Revenue Recognition, Intercompany Transactions, VAT & Withholding Tax , and Audit Support . The role will also include reviewing and validating vendor payments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register , including depreciation tracking
• Conduct AP analysis and resolve variances or discrepancies
• Review and validate vendor payment requests to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with internal controls
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with local tax laws
• Prepare and submit the Withholding Tax as per regulatory requirements
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions , including settlements and intercompany balances
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation
• Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and relevant regulatory frameworks
