Product Owner - KSA

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company building an innovative peer-to-peer lending platform based in KSA designed to empower underbanked populations. They combine cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of customer needs to create simple transparent and personalized financial solutions. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Middle / Senior level) to lead the discovery design and execution of loan products ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead product discovery definition and execution for borrower-facing loan products ensuring a smooth personalized and transparent experience.

Deeply analyze customer problems prioritize solutions and align team efforts using data-driven insights.

Build and optimize customer journeys from scratch : hypothesis user testing iterative refinement.

Collaborate closely with developers designers analysts and compliance teams to balance technical feasibility regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Leverage product data experimentation (A / B tests) and customer feedback to guide daily decision-making.

Work with the CPO to define quarterly objectives own the product roadmap and track key success metrics.

Foster strong cross‑functional relationships and align stakeholders on strategy roadmap and KPIs.

Requirements

5 years of Product Management experience preferably in FinTech (microloans BNPL mobile banking neobanks or SMB-focused financial apps).

Proven track record of building and scaling B2C products from scratch.

Strong expertise in both product discovery and delivery.

Experience with mobile UI / UX and shipping app-based products.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making (A / B testing metrics frameworks analytics).

Familiarity with product discovery methodologies (e.g. Jobs-to-be-Done user interviews).

Experience working in regulated financial environments (a strong plus).

Ownership mindset proactive results-driven and able to navigate ambiguity.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
