Senior level position provides support to and operation and maintenance of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Emergency Mass Notification Systems (EMNS) in support of USAFCENT (A6).

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities :

• Install and support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of LMR, EMNS, and public address (PA) systems IAW AFI 17-210, USAFCENT (A6) policies and applicable commercial manuals.
• LMR system administrator technicians must attain and maintain ASTRO 25 Integrated Voice and Data training IAW the individual Task Order (TO).
• Tasks shall include, but are not limited to :

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, optimization, programming, installation, and removal of LMR and EMNS.

Material & Equipment Directly Used :

Primary and auxiliary LMR equipment supported includes, but is not limited to :

Working Environment :

Working environment is both in and outside work. Outside work environment will be very hot due to conditions within the region.

Physical Activities :

Must be able to lift / push / pull 40 lbs. unassisted.
