The role has responsibility for developing and executing the regional strategic marketing plan to drive brand awareness and support revenue growth within the region.

This person will work closely with the sales team, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve regional business objectives.This person has direct responsibility for the creation and execution of the marketing plan, which includes but is not limited to, developing regional programs and campaigns, supporting industry and Ciena hosted events, and engaging with our regional resellers and Carrier Managed Service partners to develop joint go to market programs.

All with a close eye on ensuring strong ROI and supporting sales in achieving their strategic goals.
