Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) -ACI Host Link

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ACI Host Link, including ODB, ISFF, and OMT maintenance window workflows.
• Debug and support backend COBOL programs provided by vendors.
• Expertly handle the main listener program (ISF6606), which is complex and critical to operations.
• Provide advanced debugging and programming within COBOL / CICS in IBM zOS environments.
• Use and troubleshoot the CICS TCPIP API for effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless operation and support for TCPIP transport layers.
• Interpret and work with financial ISO protocols, particularly ISO8583 formats (1987 and 1993).
• Analyze how ISO protocols are implemented in Base24 Classic and Base24 EPS.
• Conduct integration and setup of ACI Host Link with Base24 systems.
• Perform system administration tasks for CICS.
• Read and make minor modifications to client-side code, including recompilation and integration with ACI Host Link.
• Generate statistics and reporting related to ACI Host Link performance.
• Navigate and utilize all user interfaces and configuration screens within ACI Host Link.
• Manage FHM transaction interfaces between ACI Host Link and Base24 platforms.
• Execute performance and stress testing through ACI Host Link.
• Carry out regression, functional, system, and end-to-end testing, with thorough documentation.
• Verify internal and external ISO messages, and analyze switch messages in ISO8583 format.
