Job descriptionBA / BS degree in Computer science / Engineering or IT or relevant field. MUST BE FLUENT ARABIC LANGUAGE SPEAKER. 5 - 7 years experience in software Development Project Management. PMP / PRIMS2 or Scrum Certifications is a huge Plus. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details. Excellent listening and presentation skills. Software Project Manager - Software Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Leads team on a complex small project, medium size project or significant segment of a large project.
- Manages project team and ensures the team has required resources to achieve project plan, is satisfied, and is motivated to work. Plans and manages project's budget, resources, risk, and schedule according to agreed‑upon scope.
- Builds communication plan and regularly communicates with the customer and internal project team to achieve project plan, facilitate agility, ensure alignment, and achieve project plan.
- Ensures proper and regular reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviews and approves the financial proposal, technical proposal, and project sizing before sale to clarify ambiguities.
- Ensures that project teams comply / align with established QA standards and processes and overall deliverables’ quality.
- Participates actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, forums, conferences and / or other knowledge exchanges.
