Job descriptionA bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT. An MBA would be preferable Significant M&A Management consulting and Corporate Finance experience Experience in business optimisations, integrations, divestitures and / or Carve-Outs with strong analytical skills At least 8 years of relevant experience and currently at Senior Manager level in a global accountancy firm Candidates who can demonstrate that they are ready to step up to Senior Manager level may also be considered Strong man-management experience and business development skills

The Role
- Leading and executing a number of key projects as a vital member of the leadership team
- Developing and executing transaction strategies alongside the client services team
- Building new and lasting relationships through marketing efforts and business development
- Working alongside key client decision makers on their transaction execution strategies to secure deal value
