Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

Design and execute effective business and action plans to improve performance and productivity.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly across departments.

Conduct market studies to identify new opportunities and improve competitive positioning.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance and support decision-making.

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments.

Manage budgets, optimize resources, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in operations or business management roles.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent understanding of business processes, planning, and performance management.

Proficiency in English .
