Job description

The candidate will lead the strategy, development, and execution of e-commerce products and initiatives. This role addresses the current shortage impacting the e-commerce portfolio by driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and meeting business targets.

Key Accountabilities and Activities

  • Define and execute the e-commerce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, including market research and user testing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and B2B teams to ensure seamless product integration and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver e-commerce solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Master's Degree Preferred.
