Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Minimum of 4–6 years’ proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, ideally within e-commerce or retail. Strong knowledge of sales principles, CRM tools, and data-driven sales techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse teams. Demonstrated analytical ability and strategic thinking for forecasting and problem-solving. Competency in budgeting, resource allocation, and results tracking. Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage. Customer-centric mindset with a drive for service quality and value creation.
