Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer to oversee complex engineering projects, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence across our engineering department.

• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex engineering challenges.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Contribute to the development of engineering policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the company's competitive edge.
