Role Overview
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and document control functions within the Leasing Department, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all lease documentation, approvals, and records. This role plays a key part in supporting the leasing team’s daily operations and maintaining efficient coordination between internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive lease documentation, trackers, and filing systems to ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate lease contract preparation, execution, and renewal processes.
- Monitor and update Ejar and CRM systems to reflect current leasing status, tenant details, and contract milestones.
- Prepare and maintain regular leasing reports, approvals, correspondence, and department documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of lease approvals and alignment with internal governance and audit requirements.
- Support the Leasing Department with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination across teams and external partners.
- Assist in process improvements and documentation standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in leasing administration, document control, or property management support within a retail, mall, or real estate organization .Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document control systems; experience with CRM and Ejar platforms is an advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Previous experience with major mall operators or real estate developers is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
