Senior Reliability Engineer (KSA)

The Senior Reliability Engineer - Reliability Engineer ing will be responsible for ensuring the health, reliability , and efficiency of rotating equipment across various process industries. This individual will provide advanced condition monitoring services and will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction through the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in reliability engineer ing and excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively, ensuring measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliability& Maintenance : Lead the reliability initiatives for rotating equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Condition Monitoring : Implement and oversee condition monitoring programs to detect equipment health anomalies early, ensuring timely interventions.
• Installation & Commissioning : Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of condition monitoring systems on client sites.
• Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and consulting skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis : Analyze data from condition monitoring systems, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Network Integration : Coordinate with the client\'s maintenance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of condition monitoring networks.
• Consultative Approach : Engage with clients at senior management levels to demonstrate measurable ROI and business impact.
• Training : Provide training to client personnel on best practices in reliability engineer ing and use of condition monitoring tools.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineer ing, and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met.
