Job Description of Mechanical Technician

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of industrial machinery and systems. This role is vital to maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of client equipment across various projects in the Gulf region. You’ll be an integral part of a team that ensures machinery performs optimally and downtime is minimized.

Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Technician

Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend effective solutions.

Install, adjust, and inspect mechanical components and equipment according to technical specifications.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices during all work procedures.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians on project requirements.

Qualification Required for Mechanical Technician

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operation of the following machines :

Blow Molding Machines – Priority

Filling Machines.

Labeling Machines.

Cartoning Machines.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in water or juice production plants.
