The project :

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world‑class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark program with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results‑driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high‑profile projects.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Organise internal and external meetings, presentations, and logistics.
• Assist the commercial team with contracts and bid documentation.
• Maintain office standards, ordering stationery and PPE in line with H&S requirements.
• Manage electronic systems (SharePoint, Aconex), including user access and quality checks.
• Create and update distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.
• Maintain project work package matrices and generate reports for the team.
• Ensure key processes, including RFIs, comply with procedures.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to our net zero carbon goals.
