Our client is a global cybersecurity vendor trusted by enterprises and government entities worldwide for its advanced threat detection, response, and visibility solutions. They empower organizations to identify, investigate, and mitigate cyber threats faster and with greater precision through industry-leading analytics and professional services.

They are now seeking an Account Manager to join their Professional Services team in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity services across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships across enterprise and government accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand service adoption and renewals within assigned accounts.
• Partner closely with technical delivery teams to ensure high-quality, value-driven engagements.
• Develop account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalation management.
