Job Description :

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Planning Engineer to join an infrastructure project in KSA.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Industrial Parks & Factories projects, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of Project Controls and Planning.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Provide leadership for planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for the entire project.
• Guide, direct, and assist planning & reporting staff; interface with clients; attend meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools; monitor compliance.
• Offer guidance and resolve planning issues as they arise.
• Set up Primavera P6 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing the integrated master programme for the project.
• Support the selection process for consultants & contractors during tendering and evaluation.
• Establish and deliver formal reporting on project progress for clients and stakeholders.
• Organize project controls workshops / meetings to address and resolve project control issues.
• Review and challenge claims and EOT requests.
• Help develop the document control system and communication flow for the project.
• Review and analyze consultants’ and contractors’ programmes in line with contractual requirements.
• Ensure procurement, material, and submittal logs are maintained.
• Assess and analyze impacts of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Coordinate effective project risk management across the project.
