Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Cisco Collaboration certifications (Voice CCNA & CCNP required; CCIE preferred). SBC certifications. Good knowledge and experience in MS Teams and Zoom. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills. Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology Business Consulting and Services
Responsibilities
- Support Cisco Collaboration systems, Oracle SBC, Verint Recording and other telecom systems.
- The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, IM&P, and CMS.
- Administer and resolve issues with Oracle SBC.
- Manage and support Verint Voice Recording.
- MS Teams and Zoom administration.
- Perform daily system checks and maintenance.
- Assist in configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.
