هل أنت شغوف بقطاع العقارات والتصميم؟ هل تتمتع بمهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء؟ إذا كانت إجابتك نعم، فإننا ندعوك للانضمام إلى فريقنا كممثل مبيعات ميداني! نحن نبحث عن ممثل مبيعات ميداني موهوب، لديه رخصة مسوق عقاري، للانضمام إلى شركتنا الرائدة في مجال الإنشاءات والتصميم. ستلعب دوراً محورياً في بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وإدارة عملية البيع من البداية إلى النهاية.
المسؤوليات
تطوير فرص المبيعات : البحث عن عملاء جدد وإقامة علاقات عمل ممتازة معهم.
عرض المشاريع : تقديم وعرض المشاريع العقارية والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة (تصميم داخلي، إنشاءات، إلخ) على العملاء المحتملين.
إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء : فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لهم لضمان رضاهم.
إتمام الصفقات : التفاوض وإعداد عقود البيع، وضمان إتمام الصفقات بنجاح.
تحديث البيانات : تحديث بيانات العملاء والصفقات بشكل دوري في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
تحقيق الأهداف : العمل على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة من قبل الإدارة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
خبرة
لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع العقارات أو الإنشاءات.
رخصة سارية المفعول كمُسوق عقاري
صادرة من الهيئة العامة للعقار.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاوض والإقناع.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحديد الأولويات.
معرفة قوية بأساسيات التسويق والمبيعات.
إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة CRM.
رخصة قيادة سارية
