A senior Automotive professional with around 20 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience with complete P&L and Operations responsibility.
- Must have significant exposure to the GCC market in an Automotive dealership environment.
- Ideally from a Sales & Marketing stream with a history of managing relationships with manufacturers as well as internal Aftersales and Brand Management teams.
- Must have an exceptionally strong handle on Operations.
- Capable of developing, in a greenfield fashion, a network across KSA(mostly 3S) besides other B2B, B2G and non-conventional channels.
- A customer-centric mindset who believes in superior customer & guest experience and can consistently deliver high customer satisfaction scores.
- Must hold a good loyalty track record and positive references.
