Responsibilities
Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
Travelling to visit potential clients
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Calculating client quotations
Negotiating tender and contract terms
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Offering after-sales support services
Administering client accounts
Preparing reports for head office
Sales Engineer Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable University
Sales experience in industry for at least 3-5 years’ Experience
Good knowledge of English Language, both written and spoken
Problem Solving, Product Knowledge of LV & MV Electrical Distribution Equipment both IEC & NEMA Standards, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication
Customer focused attitude, able to be flexible and work in a team environment is must
Thinking and acting systematically, Work under pressure with helps and Aggressive to learn and team work concept is required
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
