Data Governance Specialist

to join their Data Analytics & AI team. This role is critical in advancing data governance maturity, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and embedding best practices across the organization. Responsibilities

Support design and implementation of

data governance frameworks, policies, and standards . Drive

NDMO compliance

(P1, P2, P3 controls), including evidence validation and CAST tool assessments. Lead initiatives on

data quality, lineage, metadata, and stewardship . Identify

Key Data Elements (KDEs)

and domain ownership across business units. Deliver training for

data owners and stewards

to embed governance practices. Ensure compliance with

SDAIA, NDMO, DAMA, GDPR

and other industry standards. Requirements

5+ years’ experience, with at least 3 in

data governance / data management . Proven track record in

regulatory or compliance-driven data initiatives . Strong knowledge of

NDMO frameworks

and governance tools (Axon, EDC, IDQ). Excellent stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication skills. Prior experience working in

Saudi Arabia

is essential.
