Sales Consultant is the primary connection between the customer and the company until the customer makes a purchase. Responsibilities
Prepare monthly report to show the property sales status. Assists with the development and implementation of ideas to retain costumers. Promoting a product in the market using strategies that maximize sales. Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products. Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them. Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends. Meet with clients in different areas of the country to have a discussion or make a deal. creating presentations, answering client questions, and managing transactions. Follow all relevant sales department policies, processes, procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business 1+ years in Real Estat Sales You must be in Makkah Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiations skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Benefits
