About the location

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18‑hole golf course and more.

The Role Of The Spa Receptionist

As Spa Receptionist, you will manage operations from greeting guests, answering phone calls, booking appointments, checking in, accurately charging for services, and providing excellent customer service. Your welcoming demeanour and commitment to creating an inviting atmosphere are paramount.

Knowledge And Skills

• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to understand guests’ needs and desires.
• Exceptional customer service skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Good level of reading, writing, and spoken English is highly required.
• Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation.
• Able to operate the opera system.
• Familiarity with Spa Booking Software.
• Locals only as per the Saudi labour law.
