Concrete Construction Manager

Overview

Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager with a clear record on site handling Post Tension Concrete Repairs, Alterations & Structural Strengthening. Reporting into the Project Director you will be leading a team on site. Based on site for a project consisting of large scale LNG facilities. Handling small and large scale repairs from waterproofing, cathodic protection, structural strengthening and general concrete repairs. Based full time in Al Jubail in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be working on site to lead, motivate and ensure that all key stages of the project are hit safely. Do you match the following : Experience in a Leadership capacity on site building, mentoring and achieving success Whether you were called a General Foreman, Site Agent or Superintendent – What is important is the hands on knowledge and awareness of concrete Have you risen up the ranks off the tools and understand concrete repairs & structures Can you communicate and lead all nationalities on site Benefits

Lump Sum Salary Package up to 40,000 SAR Per Month (Circa £100,000 Tax Free Per Annum) International Medical Cover Bonus up to 12.5% of your ANNUAL salaried Package All business related travel paid 33 Days Paid Annual Leave Salary : SAR 37,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
