Sporting Goods Production Manager

Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of the football jersey production process, from initial order to final shipment. This includes production planning, inventory management, quality control, team leadership, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products. Candidates must be specialised in clothing or printing. Experience : Minimum 8 years Preferred language : Arabic and English Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling :

Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a printing or textile manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of printing and sublimation processes. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
