We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and helping build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
• Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Collaborate with senior HR team members on recruitment strategies
