Key Responsibilities :
- Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Screen resumes and manage candidate profiles in the ATS.
- Assist with creating job descriptions and job ads.
- Support in preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
- Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Maintain positive candidate experience and support recruitment events.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with ATS.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
