Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the fire department.
- Develop, implement, and oversee fire safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Coordinate and supervise emergency response operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international fire safety regulations and standards.
- Establish strong relationships with community stakeholders and other emergency response agencies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to department personnel.
