We are expanding into the Middle East with offices in UAE and KSA. For our Riyadh office, we are looking for a

Graphic Designer .

Role and Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and templates for proposals, reports, and presentations.

Collaborate with proposal managers, engineers, and business development teams to create visually engaging submissions that communicate technical information.

Develop brochures, marketing materials, social media content, and other corporate communications assets.

Ensure adherence to ARX's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Transform complex data and technical content into clear, impactful infographics and visualizations.

Manage and organize digital asset libraries (templates, icons, imagery, infographics).

Support the creation of event materials, corporate profiles, and digital campaigns.

Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling.

Work under tight deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.

4-7 years of professional design experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction sectors.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for proposal formatting.

Familiarity with digital design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar) is an advantage.

Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience designing proposals for large-scale projects in KSA (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea, or similar).

Motion graphics or video editing skills.

Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy.
