Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to uphold service standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Prepare and maintain reports on restaurant performance and staff productivity.
