Requirements

Nationality : Saudi
Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a car rental company in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and rental agreements

Manage check-in and check-out of vehicles

Verify customer documents and eligibility for rental

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

Maintain proper records and reports related to rentals and payments

Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability

Skills

Fluent in English and Arabic

Excellent communication

Well-Organized

Time Management

Ability to work under pressure
