Responsibilities

Updating accounts receivable transactions.

Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ensure timely bank statements.

Prepare BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) month‑wise.

Prepare inventory reports on monthly, half‑yearly and yearly bases after verifying inventory.

Identify bad debts in customers and update management for necessary action.

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

Submit quarterly tax returns.

Process tax payments and returns.

Prepare and analyze financial statements such as cash flow statement, profit & loss statement and balance sheet.

Document financial transactions.

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Follow government rules for account transactions.

Analyze account ledger and update adjustments.

Update fixed assets and depreciation calculations.

Requirements

2 years of experience as an accountant.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting.

Fluent in the English language.

Good communication skills.
