Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media & Communications Specialist to expand our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of social media trends and tools, who can create compelling content that elevates our brand and engages audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Execute a high-impact social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Manage daily content planning and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize performance
Content Creation & Production
Create visually stunning content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)Film and edit behind-the-scenes videos and project walkthroughsDesign static and motion graphics using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar toolsUse AI tools to build a proactive content calendarBrand Communication
Maintain a consistent brand voice and toneWrite engaging captions, scripts, email newsletters, and press copySupport PR initiatives and media outreachCommunity Engagement
Interact with followers and manage direct messagesCollaborate with influencers, clients, and photographersCampaign Management
Support launches, exhibitions, and event coverageCoordinate with design and marketing teams for cohesive storytellingRequirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media, communications, or content creation (preferably in design, fashion, or luxury sectors)Proven ability to create viral video content (e.g. Reels, TikTok)Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, and CanvaFluent in English and ArabicStrong understanding of social media trends , digital platforms, and luxury brandingExperience managing multiple platforms and content calendarsSkills
