Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Success Manager at Elevatus in Amman. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, and building strong relationships with clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
