Key Responsibilities :
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Support in sending account P / L to various account teams
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Prepare WHT and VAT returns
- Payroll processing
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with statutory audits and tax returns
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldSOCPA or equivalent certification preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a real estate or property management environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy
