Product Support Admin Statistic Analyst-CMD

Job Summary

This position is accountable for the overall responsibility for the development of statistical data for accurate CRM and Fleet accuracy. Be responsible for office administration.

Key Accountabilities

• CRM Data Management : Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of CRM data to ensure its integrity and accessibility.
• Regularly audit data processes to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• CRM Strategy Development : Develop and enforce processes and procedures to support CRM initiatives.
• System Management : Manage and maintain Sales funnel to ensure it meets organizational needs. Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and CRM effectiveness. Generate regular performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Managing Fleet Accuracy with OLGA & PSE : Ensure the accuracy of fleet data using OLGA and PSE tools. Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize fleet management processes. Update Sales Funnel and enhance the process
