Overview
To act as a liaison between the company and its clients by managing digital accounts and social media platforms, analyzing the target market, ensuring the development of sustainable relationships, and achieving client satisfaction through providing strategic and creative solutions that contribute to achieving the company’s marketing and advertising objectives.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, following up with them, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services and projects provided.
- Manage social media accounts (scheduling posts, engaging with clients, monitoring comments and private messages for each client).
- Prepare and present periodic creative proposals to clients (campaigns, new ideas to expand services for clients, etc.).
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, provide recommendations, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Follow up and coordinate with the creative team (design and content) and the digital marketing team to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage contract renewal cycles with clients.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client (campaigns, social media accounts, etc.) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Ensure that plans, strategies, and campaigns align with each client’s goals and are consistent with the brand identity.
- Prepare price proposals for potential clients, meet with them, close contracts, and convert them into actualprojects.
